Add some salt

I’m not suggesting that you add salt to your food. I had a sore throat today and read online that instead of gargling that you just shake a little salt down your throat, much more effective. Sounds crazy but I tried it. I feel ok, but who has time to be sick. In spite of not feeling my best, the day was productive. Before I forget, I am sending out a health questionnaire soon to find out if you are taking steps to be health conscious, I’m certainly trying.
